1. Acceptance of this Agreement
1.1 By clicking on the ‘SIGNUP’ option, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to the terms and conditions, obligations, representations, warranties, and agreements contained herein (the “Agreement”). If You are not willing to accept the Agreement, You shall not be authorized or allowed to proceed further to view or use any content, information, courseware, products, and services (“Services”) on www.iaqmc.com (the “Website”), owned, maintained, and monitored by IAQMC (“Us”, “We” or “Our”).
2. User ID and Password
2.1 By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that Your user ID and password (“Participant Account”) are for Your exclusive use only. Sharing Your Participant Account with another user is not permitted and may result in immediate blocking of Your access to the Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware, leading to termination of this Agreement.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Participant Account and for all activities under it. Notify our customer support team at support@IAQMC immediately if You become aware of any unauthorized use. Cooperate with Us in any investigation of unauthorized use, as We are not liable for claims related to such activities.
3. Content and Courseware
3.1 As part of our Services, We grant you access to content, courseware, practice tests, and other information related to the certification training course You have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).
3.2 We reserve the right to amend, revise, or update the Content and Courseware. In such cases, additional fees may apply for access to the modified content.
4. Placement Terms & Conditions
IAQMC is a training provider for Technology, Management, Law, and other upskilling courses. While we work to make participants employable, job guarantees are not provided.
5. Usage of the Website and Services
5.1 We grant you a personal, restricted, non-transferable license to use the Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware for the duration of the certification training course You have enrolled in or until termination of this Agreement.
5.2 Online access and downloading of Content and Courseware are permitted solely for personal and non-commercial use. Reproduction, transmission, distribution, or preparation of derivative works without Our prior written consent is not allowed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 While You have a limited right to use the Website and Services, We retain sole ownership and intellectual property rights over them.
6.2 This Agreement does not grant You any proprietary rights in the Website, the Services, or the Content and Courseware.
7. Usage of Personal Information of Participants
7.1 We reserve the right to feature Your picture in promotional material. Your personal information may be used to inform You about other certification training courses but will not be shared with third-party marketing databases without proper verification or legal requirement.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Your use of the Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware is at Your sole risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website or Services.
8.2 Our liability for any legal claim connected with the Services or Content and Courseware shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific certification training course.
9. Term and Termination
9.1 This Agreement is effective upon Your acceptance and remains in effect until Your Participant Account is active or until terminated by Us.
9.2 We may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if there is an Event of Default. Provisions regarding confidentiality, personal information, liability, and termination survive.
10. Indemnity
10.1 You agree to indemnify Us, Our contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from Your unauthorized use or violation of this Agreement.
11. Waiver
11.1 No failure or delay in exercising rights under this Agreement constitutes a waiver. Written consent is required for waiver of any term, and no waiver shall be deemed a waiver of any other rights.
12. Severability
12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. The Agreement shall be reformed to replace the invalid provision with a valid one.
